In 2018, Alejandro founded ETCURAE (etcurae.com), the largest SMO in Latin America — a disruptive platform, unique globally, for research services for the top 300 technology developers in the world, with the vision of impacting one billion lives through innovation in the next decade. He has participated as a consultant and independent member of platforms such as Stanford University's SPARK, the British Chamber of Commerce Health Think Tank Group in Mexico, Up Global, and Global Citizens, among others.

Gonzalo Fernández

Executive with more than 25 years of experience in Latin American financial markets. Gonzalo Fernández served as Head of Research and Equity Strategy Mexico (HSBC), VP of Investment Capital Market (Evercore), and Director of Equity Research Sales (Barclays), among others. He was awarded "Deal of the Year" Latin America by "The Banker" in 2018 (Fibra E – CFE).

    • Review the financial performance of the administrator and trustee.
    • Authorize budgets, audits, valuations and accounting policies.
B – Audit and Corporate Practices Committee

  • Reviews quarterly and annual financial information before publication.
  • Coordinates with the external auditor.
